What You'll Do
- Assist with social media content calendars and posting
- Support SEO research and on-page content updates
- Help track and report on campaign performance
- Assist with email/WhatsApp outreach content
What We're Looking For
- Interest in marketing, communications, or media
- Comfortable with basic content tools (Canva, etc.)
- Good written English; Hindi/Urdu a plus
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented
Be part of the first conversation many pilgrims have with Kun Umrah — helping families find the right package for their journey.
What You'll Do
- Respond to enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Explain package options and answer pricing questions
- Follow up with interested leads
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and bookings
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable speaking with people on phone/WhatsApp
- Patient, warm, and trustworthy communication style
- Interest in travel or hospitality
- Basic computer literacy
Help shape how Kun Umrah tells its story — from branding and campaigns to on-ground promotional material.
What You'll Do
- Assist in planning marketing campaigns and offers
- Support brochure, flyer, and collateral design
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team on messaging
What We're Looking For
- Interest in branding and marketing strategy
- Some design sense (tools not mandatory)
- Curious, research-driven mindset
- Good written communication
Get hands-on with the logistics that make every Umrah journey run smoothly — hotels, transport, visas, and documentation.
What You'll Do
- Assist in coordinating hotel and vehicle bookings
- Help manage visa document collection and tracking
- Support day-to-day itinerary preparation
- Liaise with vendors and partner operators
What We're Looking For
- Highly organized, detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
- Interest in travel logistics or operations
- Reliable and process-driven
Work closely with founders and team leads to keep projects, launches, and cross-team initiatives on track.
What You'll Do
- Support planning and tracking of internal projects
- Coordinate between sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Help maintain timelines and follow up on action items
